Kunal is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He took over and rebranded the family business and launched AAB Industries back in 2011. Under his leadership AAB has become one of the leading suppliers of packaging & self adhesive products in the Middle East & North Africa.
Kunal is passionate about bringing more sustainable solutions to the industry so that AAB can help its clients achieve their sustainability goals that positively impact the environment.
Kunal firmly believes that the team is the real asset of the organization. He is approachable and enables the team to grow and take charge helping them cultivate their own leadership skills.
Abhishek has been working with us as a Sales Manager since 2015. He is our oldest and our most experienced member on the team who handles clients globally.
Abhishek, a marketing MBA graduate, has 12 years of packaging sales experience and 14 years of sales overall. He can identify and resolve customer issues and provide quality service.
Leyne became part of our team in 2016. She manages our procurement, logistics, payroll, and accounting, making sure everything is happening on time to keep everything running smoothly.
Leyne is essential to daily operations as she manages the difficult task of meeting deadlines and identifying and fixing operational issues.
When Mariam first joined our team in 2021, she took on the role of Marketing Manager. Today, she is one of the most dynamic members we have.
Mariam is the driving force behind the company’s brand identity as well as its marketing strategy. She is constantly bringing forward novel concepts and improving the efficiency of their execution and application.
When you come to visit us, you will see Raihana, who is not only the newest member of our team but also the first person to greet you with a smile.
She is in charge of supervising the administrative aspects of our company, responding to any questions or concerns raised by our customers, and assisting walk-in customers as well as customers who have made appointments.
Salman joined us in 2018 as Sales Manager. He handles global clients. He’s worked in the UAE packaging industry’s sales department for 17 years. His extensive experience in this industry helps him predict packaging industry trends and makes him an expert. Salman’s technical skills help us create client-focused solutions.
Salman also sells Tesa, our distribution brand. He believes in great after-sales service to retain customers.
Sheila is the superhero who joined us in 2014. She is the bridge between the sales, production & dispatch teams as she coordinates with them all to ensure the operation runs seamlessly.
Sheila joined our team as an Admin Accountant; however, she now wears a variety of hats and fills in the gaps wherever they are necessary.
Shijin became Production Manager in 2014. He oversees production and distribution of our products.
Additionally, Shijin tests both the raw materials and the finished products for quality and conformity to customer specifications.
Shijin skillfully plans, produces, tests, and troubleshoots the production cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and good client relations.
Sunoj has been working with us as a Sales Manager since 2016. He handles clients across a few countries. With 20 years of experience in sales in the industry and in the UAE, he brings superior and targeted selling strategies to AAB Industries LLC.
Sunoj is skilled in identifying customer needs and helping them make informed decisions about our products. He believes in providing top-of-the-line service to all his customers.
Vaibhav is our meticulous and detail-oriented store manager. He recently joined us in 2022 as a Store Manager.
He makes sure our stores have the right material at the right time and that we keep perfect track of the same.
Vaibhav has over 10 years of experience in the same field and he employs his extensive knowledge to manage our stocks efficiently. He assists procurement & production departments in taking sound buying decisions.
Vinu is our customer service expert. He watches over the delivery of goods to ensure that it is always on time. He is the individual in charge of the shipment of all of the products that have been produced and he manages the delivery team as well as our fleet.
