Leadership
Kunal Vadhani – Managing Partner
Kunal Vadhani is the Managing Partner of AAB Industries LLC and the driving force behind the company’s growth across the Middle East and North Africa. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Kunal took over the family business in 2011, rebranded it as AAB Industries, and built it into one of the leading packaging material manufacturers in the region.
Kunal is a strong advocate for sustainable packaging and has led the development of AAB’s eco-friendly product range – helping customers reduce plastic consumption and meet their own ESG goals. He leads by example, believing that the team is the company’s most valuable asset, and actively supports each member in developing their own leadership capabilities.
Abhishek Nair – General Manager
Abhishek joined AAB Industries in 2015 and serves as General Manager overseeing all core business operations. With 14 years of industry experience and deep executive expertise, he directly manages Sales, Admin, Marketing, Accounts, Production, Dispatch, and Stores. Abhishek handles global corporate relationships with a strong focus on aligning cross-departmental efficiency and resolving client issues quickly. His deep cross-functional leadership across manufacturing and logistics makes him a trusted executive driver for company-wide growth.
Salman Ullah Khan – General Manager
Salman joined AAB Industries in 2018 and serves as General Manager, bringing 17 years of experience in the UAE packaging industry. His expanded executive role centers on strategic operations, where he directly oversees corporate procurement and accounts receivable management. Salman utilizes his deep industry knowledge to develop tailored financial and supply chain solutions that drive business efficiency and long-term stability. He remains highly committed to operational excellence, vendor relationships, and ensuring sustained organizational growth.
Dilna Jojo – Executive Assistant to the CEO
Dilna serves as AAB’s dedicated Executive Assistant to the CEO, orchestrating executive workflows while actively managing operations across all company departments. She acts as the central organizational hub, with all teams and personnel coordinating directly through her to align daily leadership priorities. Dilna’s comprehensive control over cross-departmental communication reflects AAB’s broader commitment to efficient corporate management while advancing its core operational goals.

Sunoj Valiya Veettil
Sales Executive
Sunoj has been with AAB Industries since 2016 and brings over 20 years of sales experience in the UAE packaging sector. He handles clients across multiple markets and is skilled at identifying specific customer needs and guiding them toward the most effective packaging solutions. Sunoj’s targeted selling approach and emphasis on customer service have made him a key contributor to AAB’s regional growth.
Mohammed Migdad
Sales Executive
Mohammed Migdad is AAB’s dedicated salesperson for sustainable packaging products. He brings a data-informed approach to identifying market opportunities and is focused on building long-term client relationships in the growing eco-friendly packaging segment. Migdad’s enthusiasm for sustainable solutions reflects AAB’s broader commitment to helping customers reduce their environmental footprint.
Ajmal Abdul Kader
Sales Executive
Ajmal joined the team as AAB’s salesman specialising in sustainable packaging products. He utilises an analytical mindset to pinpoint emerging market trends and prioritises cultivating enduring client partnerships within the rapidly expanding green hospitality sector. Ajmal’s passion for environmental stewardship aligns perfectly with AAB’s overarching mission to guide businesses toward minimising their ecological impact.
Sheila Samson Cordivella
Sales Coordinator
Sheila joined AAB in 2014 and has grown into the central coordinator between sales, production, and dispatch. She ensures day-to-day operations run seamlessly by bridging communication across departments and stepping in wherever needed. Her versatility and operational instinct have made her indispensable to the smooth running of the business.
Operations and Production
Shijin Valsan
Production Manager
Shijin has led AAB’s production operations since 2014. He oversees the full production cycle – from raw material intake and quality testing through to finished product inspection and dispatch. Shijin ensures that every roll of adhesive tape and every metre of stretch film leaving the facility meets the agreed specification, applying a systematic approach to planning, testing, and troubleshooting at every stage.
Vinu Madhukuttan Nair
Dispatcher/ Stores Incharge
Vinu manages the final and often most critical stage of the customer experience – delivery. He oversees the dispatch of all finished products, manages AAB’s delivery team and vehicle fleet, and ensures shipments reach customers on time. His attention to logistical details keeps AAB’s fulfilment record consistently reliable.
Yadu Mohan
Data Entry Operator
Yadu enters, organises, and protects the foundational asset of the business data. He processes incoming raw information, maintains database accuracy, and ensures records are complete and organised. His attention to precise detail keeps AAB’s data systems consistently reliable
Finance and Administration
Leyne Billones
Administrative Assistant
Leyne joined AAB in 2016 and manages core administrative tasks, directly handling invoicing and reception operations. Her ability to juggle multiple office functions while meeting tight deadlines keeps the company’s daily paperwork and front-desk workflows running with precision. Leyne is a critical part of AAB’s operational backbone.
Mariam Muzammil
Marketing Executive
Mariam joined AAB in 2021 and leads the company’s brand identity, digital presence, and marketing strategy. She brings creative energy and a results-driven approach to every campaign, consistently introducing new ideas that strengthen AAB’s positioning in the market. Mariam is the voice behind AAB’s communications and a key driver of the company’s growing visibility – including AAB’s branding and private label service for packaging companies worldwide.
Bindu Sasidharan
Procurement Executive
She is responsible for securing the raw materials needed to maintain uninterrupted factory production. The role focuses on developing strong sourcing strategies to counter rising shipping and chemical costs, negotiating competitive vendor contracts, and conducting strict quality checks to align with the company’s ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Vijitha Githosh
Accountant
Vijitha Githosh serves as AAB’s dedicated accountant, managing financial operations for the sustainable product division. She brings a meticulous, data-informed approach to tracking fiscal health and is focused on building accurate compliance frameworks in the manufacturing segment. Githosh’s enthusiasm for fiscal responsibility reflects AAB’s broader commitment to helping the organisation optimise resources.
