Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Identify and prospect potential clients for our products (tapes, films, and other packaging materials)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer support and ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of tapes, packaging materials, stretch films, and related products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
